just signed up for the Penang Bridge International Marathon today
next is to get a hotel room
i am considering the recently opened Hard Rock Hotel at Batu Ferringhi
i've always like staying at Batu Ferringhi
but then again, it is pretty far from Queensbay Mall
where i am suppose to report in for the run at 305am in the morning
another better location would be Eastin Hotel
which is just right opposite Queensbay Mall
susah nyer
nak lari pun susah
will figure out the hotel problem later
training started today which i managed to clock my furthest distance
22.15km in 2hrs, 48mins & 18secs
it was to my surprise that i manage to go this far
coz i had a calf muscle cramp earlier today due to my own stupidity
not sure whether can my pace go any faster
but it was a really good start
ok lar..will try to run more
and stop using my work as an excuse
yawn
still feeling very thirsty now even though i've drank like dont know how many bottles of water
will do another 10km recovery run tomorrow
hopefully with the help of salonpas and yokoyoko
my muscles will feel better tomorrow

i miss those days..
when all i worry about is which team will make it to the eastern conference finals & western conference finals
newest gadgets in town
leaked photos & news of the latest automobiles
when is the next session of bball
why isnt my dad giving me enough allowance
but nothing seems to matter anymore
not at this particular moment
i just wanna lie down
and not do anything
erm...
ok..maybe i've developed new interests
i've suddenly found passion in running & traveling
which is not actually a bad thing
just that i feel weird when i come across things that used to interest me
it just doesnt seem that attractive anymore
i think i am ranting here
coz i dont think anyone cares to listen to me bull-crapping
and i am glad i still have this little space of mine
which i can cling onto
can't wait for ari & zara's wedding this saturday
my first malay wedding!
